  • We have flexible options to meet your needs. Choose daily delivery, weekly delivery, or catering for special events of any size.

  • Most menu options can be modified for dietary considerations, such as gluten free, vegetarian, low sodium, and more. The El Alba Cooperative model includes access to a professional nutritionist for our cooks, as they develop or modify recipes and measure nutritional values for menu items.

  • Our wide variety of delicious menu options reflect the cultural heritage of our cooks, often using recipes passed down from generation to generation. Choose from standard menu items or make a special request!

  • Food is prepared by our cooks in the El Alba Cooperative kitchen, which features state-of-the-art equipment and meets all health and safety regulations. Use of this commissary kitchen eliminates one of the biggest start-up barriers faced by food business entrepreneurs.

  • Our cooks are Aurora-based food entrepreneurs and small business owners. As members of the El Alba Cooperative, these Black, immigrant, and other underserved community members receive business incubation support, to help them combat harmful gentrification and economic disparities.
