Location: Centrally located in Aurora, CO near the Colfax Corridor, Aurora Arts District, and CU Anschutz Medical Campus.
Size & Capacity: 1,400 sq ft commercial kitchen with dedicated hot and cold prep areas, dishwashing stations, and shared refrigeration.
Equipment Highlights:
60” range, countertop griddle, gas fryer, planetary mixer, proofing cabinet, stock pot burners.
Reach-in refrigerators, freezers, and walk-in cooler.
Specialty equipment upon request.
Hours: Available by appointment and scheduled access only to ensure an organized shared environment.
✅ Requirements to Rent Our Kitchen
Before you can start cooking at El Alba Cooperative, you’ll need to complete the following:
Hold a valid Food Business License.
Add El Alba Cooperative as an additional insured party on your culinary insurance policy.
Provide a signed Affidavit of Commissary (both parties must sign).
Maintain active certifications (e.g., ServSafe Manager) per local health requirements.
